Background

Sprig is a delicious and refreshing CBD-infused seltzer brand.  With four flavors, each 12ounce can contains 20mg of hemp-derived CBD sourced locally and responsibly.  Sprig was founded in 2015 in Southern California originally as a THC seltzer brand sold in dispensaries in CA.  They launched the CBD seltzer products in 2018 with four original flavors Citrus, Melon, Lemon Ice Tea and Citrus (zero sugar).  Three of the flavors are zero sugar with only 5 calories per can.

Objectives

To establish Sprig as the leading CBD-infused seltzer brand in the United States.
